How we handle your data

This page is maintained by The TA Training Academy to answer common security and privacy questions about the platform. It is editable content, not an independent certification.

Access & authentication

Members sign in with email and password or with Google. Sessions are managed by our authentication provider; passwords are never stored by The TA Training Academy directly.

Sensitive operations require a valid session, and access to member data is restricted by row-level security policies in our database.

Platform & hosting

The app is built on Lovable and deployed to a globally distributed edge runtime. Lovable provides the underlying hosting, database, authentication, and storage services we configure for the Academy.

Use of the Lovable platform is not a certification of The TA Training Academy. It describes capabilities we rely on, not an independent audit of our practices.

Data we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, region) and the artefacts you produce inside the curriculum (reflections, quiz attempts, completion progress, community posts).

Basic operational telemetry such as page views, source/referrer, and approximate country, used to understand how members engage with the programme.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and the metadata needed to grant access; we do not store card numbers.

Subprocessors & integrations

We rely on a small set of vetted providers to operate the service: Lovable (hosting, database, authentication, storage), Stripe (payments), and Google (optional sign-in).

AI features are powered by the Lovable AI Gateway. Prompts and responses related to mentor chat, FAQ assistance, and reflection summarising are processed through that service to deliver the feature.

Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your region preference.

Aggregate visit analytics are provided by the Lovable platform and do not include identifying information beyond what is needed to count visits and referrers.

Retention & deletion

Account data is retained for as long as your membership is active. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing the address below.

Backups held by our infrastructure providers may persist for a limited window after deletion before being overwritten on their normal rotation.

To responsibly disclose a security issue, please email hello@tatrainingacademy.com with as much detail as you can share. We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days.

Shared responsibility. Security of the service is a partnership: Lovable operates the underlying platform, The TA Training Academy configures and administers the application, and members are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe.
