Over a 25-year career spanning agency, RPO, and in-house TA leadership, he has built and transformed enterprise hiring functions at organisations including Mitie, Jaguar Land Rover, Rolls-Royce, Sky, IBM, Sedgwick and BUPA — and now brings that experience directly into the development of TA professionals at every stage of their career.

BUPA — Head of Resourcing Transformation, accountable for 11,500 annual hires, managing a team of 90 across global locations. Allied Healthcare — Head of Resourcing & Shared Services Transformation, led the Support Services Programme, overseeing a function of 300 employees and managing a £6.5M budget as part of a large-scale transformation portfolio.

Mondelez — Global Head of Recruiting Shared Services, accountable for 11,750+ hires annually, managed by a global TA team of 190. easyJet — Director of Resourcing, led a team of 40, delivering approximately 5,000 hires per annum across Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineering, Central Functions, and Apprenticeships.
